• 2–4 hires at once: 22.5% per hire
• 5+ hires at once: 20% per hire

This structure keeps costs predictable and rewards companies building larger teams, while ensuring you only pay when we deliver the right candidate.

We’ll restart the search immediately and typically deliver replacement candidates within 5 business days.
