You receive a shortlist of the strongest matches, and we assist with interview scheduling and selection. Once you choose your hire, we ensure a smooth, confident start.

How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is straightforward. We charge a one-time fee equal to 25% of your new team member’s first-year salary. To begin the search, we take a $500 deposit, which is applied to your final payment once you make a hire. If you’re hiring multiple team members at the same time, the fee is reduced: • 2–4 hires at once: 22.5% per hire • 5+ hires at once: 20% per hire
This structure keeps costs predictable and rewards companies building larger teams, while ensuring you only pay when we deliver the right candidate.
What if I'm not happy with my new team member?
You're covered. With our 6-Month Perfect Hire Guarantee, if a hire doesn’t work out for any reason, we will source and present a replacement at no additional cost. We stand behind the quality of our talent and our vetting process.
