Manages e-commerce listings and fulfillment across Shopify, Amazon, and related platforms


An E-commerce Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of an online store to ensure products, orders, and customer data are managed accurately and efficiently. This role focuses on product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and platform maintenance. E-commerce Admins play a key role in keeping the online store running smoothly and supporting overall sales performance.
β’ Manage and update product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
β’ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
β’ Process and track customer orders and returns.
β’ Maintain accurate product and order data within the platform.
β’ Support promotional launches and sales campaigns.
β’ Identify and resolve basic platform or listing issues.
β’ Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and fulfillment teams.
β’ Proven experience in e-commerce or administrative roles.
β’ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
β’ Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
β’ Familiarity with online store operations and workflows.
β’ Comfortable working with digital tools and dashboards.
β’ Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

β’ Order & inventory management: ShipStation, TradeGecko, StockIQ
β’ CMS & content updates: Shopify Admin, WordPress
β’ Communication: Slack, Email, Google Workspace
