How do I decide which tasks to delegate?
Deciding what to delegate starts with identifying the tasks that take the most time but don’t require your direct involvement. Can I trust my remote employee with sensitive business info?
You can trust your remote employee with sensitive information, but the process should follow the same pattern as hiring locally. Begin by giving them access only to what they need to complete their first tasks. As they demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and good judgment, you can expand their access gradually. Our candidates are pre-screened, experienced professionals, but building trust over time is still the best practice for protecting your business.
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is straightforward. We charge a one-time fee equal to 25% of your new team member’s first-year salary. To begin the search, we take a $500 deposit, which is applied to your final payment once you make a hire. If you’re hiring multiple team members at the same time, the fee is reduced:

• 2–4 hires at once: 22.5% per hire
• 5+ hires at once: 20% per hire

This structure keeps costs predictable and rewards companies building larger teams, while ensuring you only pay when we deliver the right candidate.
What if I'm not happy with my new team member?
If the hire isn’t working out, you’re fully protected by our 6-month Perfect Hire Guarantee. We’ll restart the search immediately and typically deliver replacement candidates within 5 business days. There’s no additional fee, the goal is simply to ensure you have someone who genuinely fits your business.
